Role Summary We are seeking a visionary Senior Designer to join our fast growing Anthropologie Weddings team. You’ll support the Bridal and Occasion design team with overall trend and direction for designs each season with a forward thinking eye, an expert hand in construction, and deep passion for craftmanship. You’ll mentor emerging talent, and collaborate across buying, production, and technical design to deliver collections that feel both fashion-forward and deeply Anthropologie. Role Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the Assistant Design Director each season to define the seasonal trend and design direction for the bridal and occasion category, balancing innovation with commercial awareness and the DNA of Anthropologie. - Source and develop fabrics that help to push the product assortment forwards from a quality and novelty perspective. Collaborate with partners in product development to manage lead-time, minimum order requirements, and costing constraints. - Communicate fit and construction details to Technical Design.
