Description POSITION: Project Manager – Environmental Due Diligence LOCATION: Greater Denver, CO area: POSITION SUMMARY: The Project Manager within AEI’s Due Diligence division will perform various environmental due diligence projects focused on commercial real estate. The ideal candidate will have previous experience performing Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) projects and Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae ESA projects focused on Agency lenders and Agency investor platforms in the commercial real estate sector, and also has superior customer service, writing, time management, and organizational skills. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Environmental reviews - State and federal regulatory program file reviews - Field investigations - Basic understanding of commercial real estate lending and finance - Performance of environmental due diligence projects QUALIFICATIONS: - 1+ years of previous experience performing environmental due diligence projects, such as Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) preferred - Previous experience performing Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) projects focused on Agency lenders and Agency investor platforms i...
