Lieu : Herstal, Belgium Mission: As Test technician, you will be a member of the Customer Support & Service of Thales Belgium for Herstal site dealing with weapon systems and ammunition. You will serve both internal and external customers. You will deal with the realization of various customer support requests like training, technical assistance, investigations, repairs and firing campaigns. Main Responsibilities: Profile: What makes you the perfect Test Technician? - Services operational provision - To support our internal and external customers by providing technical assistance and expertise. - Operate tests in our premises and edit the related test reports (Environmental tests, firing). - Workshop and on-site repairs - User return of experience for continuous product improvement - To provide training courses to our customers worldwide. - To coordinate various stakeholders during firing campaigns abroad for Program and After Sales services. - Customer support & after sales execution - Execute complete service delivery processes from the Customer needs - Make the interface between the customer and the internal stakeholder required to deliver services (engineering, production, qual...
