Full Time Contract until 30/06/2027 About Us: CatholicCare Tasmania is the primary social services agency of the Catholic Church across Tasmania. We have 60 years’ experience delivering a wide range of services and support to improve individual, family and community wellbeing. Our services are available and open to all with a particular focus on families, young people and children. CatholicCare Tasmania’s Inspire at Home Program provides therapeutic residential care for young people aged 12 to 18, referred by Child Protection Services. The program offers a healing, trauma-informed environment to support young people in overcoming life challenges and developing essential life skills. As part of the Child and Youth Services stream, Inspire at Home program contributes to improving the wellbeing of children and families across Tasmania. The Role: The Placement Lead plays a key leadership role in delivering high-quality, therapeutic care for children and young people in residential settings.
