Job Summary: Join the Compass team as the on‑site Operations Controller supporting financial operations for the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA) campus—including a high‑volume catering unit, restaurant, wine bar, and pantry (four total outlets). The Operations Controller works Monday–Friday on-site, daytime hours , and plays a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong cash controls, and seamless on‑site operations.
