Job Description: We’re seeking a Technical Support Officer to join our National IT team, based onsite in South Australia. This role will be split across locations, with approximately 80% based at our Dulwich office and 20% supporting our Adelaide CBD office. Reporting to the Senior Service Desk Manager, you’ll be the primary onsite IT contact, delivering high‑quality support and exceptional customer service across all levels of the business.
