Job Details: Hours - 6:43 am - until finished Pay - 23.25/Hr. - Schedule - Monday - Friday with possible Saturday's Requirements: - Responsible for learning how to maintain sharp tools to perform their job task correctly. - Responsible for making precision cuts to carcass and separate meat from bone to achieve desired carcass yield. - Responsible for inspecting carcass and making precision cut to remove quality defects. - Must also adhere to good safety practices, food safety policies, and company policies. - Responsible for setting up area with all needed equipment. - Monitor production area for trash and food debris on floor. - Perform various other tasks as assigned by Lead person, Supervisor or Superintendent. - May occasionally be required to lift/carry up to 50lbs. - Must be willing and able to complete work cycles in less than 20 seconds. - Must be willing and able to work on and around machinery and chemicals. - Must clean up area at end of production shift, including but not limited to sweeping, picking up debris from the floor, and spraying work areas. - Must be willing and able to perform the following task for periods up to 12 hours on concrete floor, some of which may...
