Overview: Do you enjoy working outdoors and playing a behind-the-scenes role in creating memorable experiences for others? This summer, join us at The Ripken Experience in Pigeon Forge, TN, where you'll play a key part in preparing and maintaining our baseball complex for youth teams and families from all over the country. You'll assist with day-to-day operations that help deliver an unforgettable tournament experience. This is a paid internship; we will work with your college/university for you to receive college credit towards your graduation. This summer internship runs from mid-May 2026 to late August 2026. Responsibilities: Assisting with field setup, facility cleanliness, trash removal, and hydration station prep and various tasks essential to the operation of the complex. Safely operating equipment for grounds and field maintenance such as tractors, golf carts, UTVs, and more. Helping to maintain all aspects of the facility’s infrastructure, including artificial turf fields. Conducting safety and cleanliness checks for both fans and players.
