Delivery Driver Join Johnstone Supply | Balsan Group , a leading HVACR distributor, where reliable drivers are valued and given opportunities to grow. We are looking for an experienced Delivery Driver to safely transport HVAC equipment and parts to customers and job sites while supporting warehouse operations when needed. What We Offer: - Competitive pay and benefits - Immediate PTO accrual - 401(k) with company match - Growth opportunities and career advancement - Supportive, team-oriented work environment What You’ll Do: Delivery & Driving - Safely operate a 26-ft box truck to deliver HVAC equipment and parts - Ensure on-time, accurate deliveries to customers and job sites - Follow all DOT regulations , safety standards, and defensive driving practices - Load, secure, transport, and unload materials safely - Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report issues promptly - Maintain delivery paperwork including receipts, mileage logs, and delivery confirmations - Provide professional, customer-focused service at every stop Warehouse Support: - Pick, pack, and stage orders using RF scanners - Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory - Assist with loading/unloadi...
