JOB SUMMARY: The Talent Acquisition Specialist, under the direction of the Human Resources Manager, is responsible for full life-cycle recruiting: recruiting, screening and recommending placement of staff by using creative sourcing methods. The Talent Acquisition Specialist oversees the administrative recruiting processes, conducts applicant background and drug screenings, and manages the dispositioning of candidates and employees in the applicant tracking system ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Coordinate the work of the recruiting team to assure that processes and procedures are consistent. - Partners with hiring manager to determine staffing needs. - Develops and maintains an excellent relationship with internal and external clients to ensure achievement of staffing goals. - Screens resumes, interviews candidates (by phone or in person), administers appropriate assessments and reference/background checking, makes recommendations for hire (or not hire) and delivers employment offers for both exempt and nonexempt position openings within an assigned territory. - Communicates important employment information during delivery of employment offers (e.g., benefits, compensation, relocation, non-...
