JOB DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW: This individual is responsible for both performing and supervising work in the therapeutic care, treatment, and rehabilitation of persons within the program. This individual is responsible for providing a positive role model for clients to emulate and for scheduling and supervising the work conducted by Residential Aides reporting to them. Work is performed in accordance with established regulations, policies and procedures, but employees are expected to exercise significant initiative and independent judgement in discharging duties. Work is reviewed by the Operations Manager or Regional Executive Director through an evaluation of the timely and accurate completion of assignments.
