Aimé Leon Dore is looking for a polished, customer-focused Concierge Associate to serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing a personalized, seamless, and memorable experience. The ideal candidate will anticipate customer needs, offer tailored services, and support store operations while delivering the highest level of service. Duties and Responsibilities: - Hosting / Traffic Management - Greet and welcome all guests in a warm, professional, and engaging manner. - Manage the traffic of the retail space / occasionally checking in on the experience within Café Leon Dore - Responsible for advising on opportunities to increase / manage traffic. - Manage the wait list and proactively communicate accurate waiting times - Ensuring and gauging capacity levels are met within the store at all times — knowing and communicating when to decrease or increase traffic - Be a Brand Ambassador for all things ALD, leaning into the styling and brand values. - Monitor store appearance and ensure the front-of-house environment is immaculate and welcoming. - Offer local knowledge, including nearby amenities, restaurants, and attractions. - Collect and relay customer feedback to improve ser...
