Your engagements may encompass treasury centralization and maturity analysis, business process re-engineering for Treasury/AP/AR, and offering industry and market insights, including benchmarking diagnostics. Additionally, you will provide best practices, insights, and recommendations to support the evolution and scaling of treasury functions as companies expand organically or through mergers and acquisitions.
