POSITION SUMMARY: This position is accountable for providing marine project supervision to job site crews working for Orion. The incumbent reports to the VP of Operations and directs field activities through the General Foremen and/or Foremen who report to this position. They are also influential in the hiring, firing, advancement, and promotion of other employees. Typically, this individual will work closely with the General Superintendent, Crane Operator, Foremen, Pile Driving Foremen, Project (Field) Engineer, Safety Representative, Boat Captain, Pile Drivers, Welders, Apprentices, and other skilled or semi-skilled craft persons on the work site. The incumbent must support the guiding beliefs and core values of Orion which are centered on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Teamwork, each built upon the all-important foundation of Integrity.
