Primary Responsibilities: - Understand and apply the Company Safety Manual and policies - Understand and apply company Core Values - Use and follow the requirements of Project Leadership - Interpret construction documents, plans and specifications - Manage and motivate their workforce and that of the Subcontractors - Discern between high and unacceptable work quality - Develop and maintain the Daily Report process - Properly sequence respective work with associated Subcontractors and Vendors - Assist with schedule development and adherence for respective scopes of work - Participate in a project's layout and engineering - Understand and interact with Project Engineer on basics such as the assembly, organization, flow of, and review of RFIs, shop drawings, submittals, record drawings - Follow direction, collaborate with all team members, and complete assigned tasks - Identify and learn construction practices/principles Professional Requirements: - College Graduate with relevant degree - Field Foreman with a written recommendation, basic safety awareness, supervisory experience, capacity to desire and learn, understanding of basic construction sequencing, ability and desire to delive...
