Primary Responsibilities: - Must issue, request proper execution, and track all required construction project documentation such as proposals, change orders, drawings, submittals, RFI’s, invoices, lien waivers, close-out documents, etc. - Attend meetings if needed and assist team with determination of project requirements and take minutes - Assist the Project Manager in the drafting and issuance of weekly and monthly project reports, budgets, schedules, payment applications, change orders, etc. - Use project scheduling and control tools to assist with monitoring project plans, budgets and expenditures - Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team if requested or in the absence of the project manager - Assist Project Management in review of subcontractor / vendor pricing quotations to ensure fair and reasonable pricing is recommended for approval - Ensure all required project close out documents are obtained and filed as required in the project repository - Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude, and developing this attitude in others - Keep the Project Manager and others info...
