Role: Chief of Staff: We’re hiring a Chief of Staff to work closely with our CEO, CTO, and COO. This role blends operational leadership with hands-on execution: you’ll oversee day-to-day systems that keep the company running, while also taking on higher-leverage projects across hiring, culture, and partnerships. You’ll manage everything from building the go-to-market strategy to scaling workflows, supporting hiring, and building relationships with key stakeholders. The common thread: creating the environment and structure that allow the executive team and broader company to focus on building.
