Additional Job Info Starting wage dependent on experience: Responsibilities: The primary responsibilities of the Store Manager position include but are not limited to: - Lead the team on creating a ‘Customer First’ culture in the store - Hold weekly management team meetings and monthly store meetings to encourage people to speak-up, give feedback and follow-up - Keep store positions filled with fully trained management and Team Members - Keep an eye on work fam compliance with Sheetz policies, procedures and programs - Achieve BIG profitability goalz through monitoring and analyzing business processes and results - Measure work fam performance against mission critical goals - Develop a bond with the local community to establish positive relationships, development and store success - Jump in as a leader for special programs or assignments, as needed Overview: We like to think of the folks working inside any Sheetz store as one big, FUN team.
