This role serves as the enterprise operational leader for the UC Health (UCH) Cancer Service Line, partnering in a formal dyad with the Cancer Center Director (or Deputy Director as designee) to ensure alignment of clinical, academic, research, and operational priorities. The role is accountable for enterprise operational execution across the cancer continuum—including access, capacity, throughput, staffing, capital deployment, financial performance, and patient experience—while supporting operational readiness and infrastructure required to achieve and sustain National Cancer Institute (NCI) designation. Strategy, Integration, and Execution: - Leads development and execution of short and long-range operating plans aligned with Cancer Center strategy. - Translates strategic priorities into executable access, growth, and capacity plans across infusion, radiation oncology, surgical oncology, and ambulatory clinics. - Ensures integration across UC Health, UC Physicians, UC College of Medicine, and UC Cancer Center through disciplined governance and clear decision rights. - Develops and executes cancer-specific capital plans and business cases aligned with enterprise return thresholds....
