The role will be a Director for Middle Office Growth and Transformation The role-holder will partner with Product and Sales teams in leading the growth of the Middle Office business and facilitating the expansion of the wider Fund Accounting business through the development of our shared service capability, especially with respect to our clients evolving requirements for the transaction management and valuation of complex assets. They will develop our capabilities to build an operational platform that meets that meet the needs of our future clients and enable the rapid implementation of new business . Responsibilities will include being the operational lead on all North American RFPs and actively contributing to RFPs in other global regions. The role holder will ensure the cost drivers of the existing Middle Office Operations business are well understood, overseeing plans to reduce the cost of the service and ensuring scalable growth as we acquire new business.
