Senior Product Manager

Job description

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Own and maintain the Digital Clinic product roadmap, aligning priorities with clinical, operational, and business stakeholders - Lead product discovery activities including stakeholder interviews, user research synthesis, and competitive analysis to inform roadmap decisions - Define and manage product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with engineering and UX teams - Facilitate cross-functional discovery and planning sessions to align product direction with business goals and technical constraints - Drive the shift from project-based delivery to product-centric, outcome-focused methodology within the Digital Clinic team - Partner with clinical and administrative leadership to ensure the Digital Clinic platform supports care delivery workflows and patient experience goals - Collaborate with engineering teams in Agile sprint cycles to prioritize the backlog, unblock delivery, and ensure high-quality releases - Define and track key product metrics (KPIs) to measure feature success, user adoption, and platform health - Present product strategy, roadmap updates, and recommendations to senior leadership and clinical stakeholders -...
