MANAGER, ASSET RELIABILITY (STARSHIP) SpaceX is currently seeking talented and driven individuals with leadership experience in asset and machine reliability for a manager role to own the build-out, direction, and execution of an Asset Reliability team for Starship heat tile manufacturing hardware and production systems at the Cape. This candidate will be operating in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment as part of the team working to deliver a highly capable and rapidly reusable Starship heat shield. The Asset Reliability Manager will develop and manage a team leading a phenomenal team of engineers and specialists in building and operating a robust asset maintenance system to provide maximum equipment availability and production line overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
