Purpose of the Role We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and high-standard maintenance of 90 Whitfield Street (also known as The Qube) in the heart of Fitzrovia. The successful candidate will also play a pivot role in occupier liaison and will support the ambition to reduce carbon emissions and improve energy efficiency in line with the buildings Net Zero Strategy. Key Responsibilities: · Use Savills Compass, the building portal and other internal systems to ensure tasks and reporting responsibilities are fulfilled. · Ensure that high standards of property presentation are achieved and maintained at all times. · Ensure best value is being achieved by analysing, auditing and proposing improvements to the existing property management systems in operation. · Evaluate existing contractual relationships, and ensure that the occupiers are receiving best value. · Create and maintain an effective working relationship with service partners. · Lead and maintain a professional understanding and close working relationship with appropriate occupier representatives and encourage frequent and open communication and flow of information on relevant issues...
