Our FCC Environmental - Pinellas County Waste to Energy facility (WtE) is currently seeking a Shift Supervisor. A Waste to Energy (WtE) Shift Supervisor oversees the daily operations of a facility that converts municipal solid waste into usable energy, such as electricity or heat. This role is critical for ensuring safe, efficient, and environmentally compliant operations during a designated shift. They will be responsible for directing and supervising Operations Department and other plant personnel to ensure the facility is operated and maintained in a proper, clean, safe, environmentally compliant and efficient manner in accordance with all Company policies, industry standards and environmental standards, under the direction of the Operations Manager or Plant Manager.
