The Patient Access Scheduling Representative position will be based at Adventist Health Portland. This is a full‑time, 8‑hour day shift role. Job Summary: Schedules patients for facility services based on the physician order received, including ancillary, surgical and medical testing/procedures/admissions in Scheduling Books. Applies developing/basic working knowledge and experience to the job. Works on routine assignments within defined parameters, established guidelines and precedents.
