Position Summary: A Bench Technician is considered an in-house service/repair technician. The Bench Technician performs in-house servicing and repair of company products at an established company repair site or service center. The equipment varies from communication hardware to lottery point of sale and vending equipment. - Diagnose and repair mechanical, hardware, software, and systems failures. - Perform maintenance, testing and calibration of repaired products, as well as inventory tracking. - General warehouse duties, including inventory, shipping, and forklift operation, may also be a portio...
