Job Summary: Provides direction and leadership to all Social Services Programs administered through the Area Command; writes and processes grants and proposals for all social service program funding; develops, interprets and enforces operational and personnel policies and procedures; monitors quality of programs and ensures compliance with Salvation Army policies and procedures as well as grants, contracts, and licensing regulations; prepares, reviews, and interprets budgets; serves as liaison to community agencies and Advisory Board.
