This position provides overall managerial, administrative and technical assistance to the Director of the Division of Consumer Protection. The position assists the Director in ensuring that the Division achieves established goals and objectives by providing planning, direction, and management of the Division's business, legislative, regulatory, and administrative processes which includes budget, grants, procurement, human resources, policy, legislation and regulatory review, and strategic planning.
