TITLE: RETAIL ADMIN ASSISTANT: STATUS: NON-EXEMPT: REPORTS TO: VP - RETAIL BRANCH CHANNEL DELIVERY: DEPARTMENT: BRANCH CHANNEL DELIVERY: JOB CODE: 11903: PAY SCALE: $21.01- $27.00 Hourly GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Retail Admin Assistant will serve to maintain the credibility, trust, and support of the Retail Vice Presidents. The Retail Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries on matters pertaining to the Retail Vice President office. The Retail Admin Assistant will collaborate with the Retail Vice Presidents to successfully leverage the Vice Presidents time and ensure the Vice President schedule is followed and respected. The Vice President Assistant will maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities and anticipate the needs of the Vice President. The Retail Admin Assistant will work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
