Job Responsibilities but not limited to: - Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers and carriers. - Source, vet, and onboard carriers (including insurance, authority, and safety compliance). - Negotiate freight rates and identify cost-saving opportunities. - Plan and book shipments; schedule pickups and deliveries to meet customer requirements. - Track and trace shipments in real time; proactively resolve delays, claims, and service issues. - Communicate regularly with drivers, carriers, and internal teams regarding shipment status. - Maintain accurate shipment records and data in TMS/ERP systems. - Support daily logistics operations, including appointment scheduling and load planning. - Coordinate with Cus...
