Job DetailsJob Location: Wilmington, NC 28403Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: Master's degreeSalary Range: $80,000.00 - $81,000.00 Salary/yearTravel Percentage: NoneJob Shift: DayThe Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for providing Applied Behavior Analysis to individuals with developmental disabilities, mental health disorders, and other behavioral challenges, aiming to improve their quality of life through effective behavior management strategies. Essential Functions: Provides clinically appropriate Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services as dictated by the clinical needs of the client(s), to include assessment and/or therapy within the BCBA’s level of expertise. Seeks consultation and supervision from the clinical director as needed. Coordinates with clinic director on scheduling of clients based on needs Supervises the organization and operation of the ABA-based intervention programs of children on the BCBA’s caseload. Provides supervision to technicians (ABA line therapists and RBTs) that aligns with the BACB guidelines and is most clinically sound.
