4. Verifies receipt of all discharge records, assembles and performs chart analysis, processes inpatient admissions. 24. Any other duties assigned as needed to help drive our Mission and abide by our organizations values. - Receives all IP,OP,ER, Observation records, assembles and performs chart analysis and scanning. - Assures that all diagnostic studies ordered - Performs chart analysis identifying all deficiencies. Flag for completion, records in the computer system and prints a deficiency sheet. - Picks up and verifies receipt of all discharge records one day post discharge from the nursing units. - Assembles all discharge records in pre-determined standard chart order, removing and returning all forms that are not to be a part of the permanent medical record. - Obtains ambulatory surgery charts from unit, assembles and performs chart analysis, processes ASC charts. - Picks up and verifies receipt of all ASC records 1 day post-surgery. - Assembles all records in standard chart order, removing and returning all forms that are not part of the permanent medical record. - Performs chart analysis identifying all deficiencies.
