GLOBAL TRADE COMPLIANCE ANALYST As a Global Trade Compliance Analyst, you will support SpaceX’s space launch and Starlink internet businesses as part of the global trade compliance team. You will work closely with attorneys, other legal and compliance professionals, internal clients (primarily SpaceX engineers), and external customers on matters related to export controls, compliance risk assessments, and compliance process automation utilizing generative AI and other technology tools. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Draft, submit, and manage compliance with export licenses and exceptions under the EAR and ITAR - Conduct technical data reviews as related to U.S. export laws - Support jurisdiction and classification exercises and determinations - Conduct risk assessments and audits and help develop remedial measures for compliance infractions - Manage compliance procedures related to U.S. export laws and identify and i...
