Senior Network Performance Manager (Sydney)

Job description

We are looking for an ambitious Senior Network Performance Manager to motivate, support and inspire our franchisees to success using FIT House sales, training, and business methodologies. The Senior Network Performance Manager will be. responsible for driving growth within the network by supporting Franchisees, Studio Teams and Franchise Performance Managers to deliver performance targets and objectives. Specifically, this role oversees and provides leadership to the APAC Network Performance Management Team as well as providing direct support to current and incoming franchisees via coaching, education, optimizing day-to-day operations and monitoring compliance with franchise and marketing systems. This is a full time position. This position reports to the APAC General Manager.
