Job description

The PDC Manager is the senior site leader accountable for customer service excellence, last‑mile delivery performance, labor relations, and long‑range site strategy, leveraging embedded and emerging automated technologies within the Parts Distribution Center (PDC). This role owns near‑term execution while developing and driving a rolling five‑year strategy aligned to network growth, customer expectations, technology evolution, workforce capability, and capital planning.
