Job Description Join our 8-person in-house Capital Projects team (CPO) reporting directly to MIT LL Senior Leadership and play a pivotal role in transforming a nationally recognized research campus. “The Capital Projects Office leads MIT LL’s A/E design and construction management initiatives, as well as Real Estate Leases and tenant fit-out projects. We are seeking an Architectural & Engineering Project Manager to help lead the planning and design of complex research and laboratory buildings that will define the next generation of our campus. CPO is leading an ambitious 40-year Master Plan to replace aging buildings and infrastructure with a modern, high-performance campus. This long-term initiative will grow the campus from 1.7M GSF to 2.9M GSF, introduce advanced and highly specialized facilities found nowhere else, strengthen secure environments, and modernize utilities for resilience, flexibility, and energy efficiency.
