Responsibilities: Project Setup & Planning: Setting up project plans, defining timelines, allocating resources, and managing budgets and associated risks. Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Monitoring project progress and preparing structured status reports for management and stakeholders. Release Coordination: Planning and coordinating resources and activities for major releases to ensure smooth and timely delivery. Team Leadership: Leading diverse project teams using conventional (waterfall) or agile approaches, fostering collaboration and accountability. Transition Management: Ensuring smooth transition of project deliverables into operations, including handover, acceptance, and readiness activities. Framework & Standards Implementation: Defining, implementing, and maintaining project management frameworks, methodologies, and standards across initiatives. Qualifications: Education: Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
