Job DetailsJob Location: Irving, TX 75060Salary Range: $25.00 - $29.00Position Summary The Fleet and Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day maintenance and compliance of the company’s vehicle fleet, as well as supporting warehouse operations and general building and property upkeep. This role helps ensure that vehicles, equipment, facilities, and safety-related processes are maintained and functioning to support safe and efficient business operations. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections for all company vehicles Monitor vehicle usage, condition, and performance to ensure operational readiness Maintain accurate records of fleet inventory, registrations, insurance, and service history Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations, licensing, and reporting requirements Serve as a liaison between drivers and the safety team to support communication, issue resolution, and implementation of safety initiatives Assist the Safety Manager with maintaining incident logs, documentation, and related reporting Coordinate with vendors, mechanics, and service providers to support fleet-related services Support organ...
