Job Title: Vice President, Default Servicing Manager Location: CA - Westlake Village What you'll do: As a Servicing Supervisor you'll be responsible for moderately complex transactional and operational tasks such as processing servicing related tasks, identifying problems, improving service levels and operational metrics to measure performance. Additionally, you'll analyze issues, business requirements, standards, procedures, and Loan Servicing trends to identify opportunities for improvement and help develop innovative plans within Loan Servicing functional area to improve business operations. - Develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas. Execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities. Make daily supervisory decisions and resolve moderately complex business issues related to team supervision, work allocation and daily operational tasks under direction of Senior Servicing manager. - Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools within the Loan Servicing functional area.
