SUMMARY: The IT Operations Specialist at Tire Discounters provides second level (Level 2) technical support for escalated technology issues across more than 200 retail store locations. This role is responsible for diagnosing and resolving issues that extend beyond first-level Help Desk support to ensure the reliability, stability, and performance of critical store systems. The role supports day-to-day store operations by troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues related to point-of-sale systems, end-user devices, peripherals, and store networking equipment. The IT Operations Specialist partners with internal IT teams and third-party vendors to resolve complex incidents, minimize downtime, and maintain business continuity in a fast-paced retail environment.
