The Global Philanthropy team is part of Corporate Responsibility and deploys philanthropic capital to community partners that are delivering innovative models and solutions to advance an economy that works for all. Reaching more than 35 markets around the world, our philanthropic commitments focus on creating systems change and driving sustainable impact in three pillars of work internationally: Business Growth & Entrepreneurship, Careers & Skills and Financial Health. We are looking for an Associate to join the Global Philanthropy team to support strategy development and independently manage programmes, with a focus on supporting Small Business Growth & Entrepreneurship, to contribute to the management, development and implementation of the firm’s philanthropic programs in Europe. Job responsibilities: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support philanthropic initiatives in Europe, focused on Business Growth and Entrepreneurship programming as well as contributing to Careers and Skills programming and broader Corporate Responsibility agenda.
