We are working closely with local authority in Liverpool to assist with the appointment of a Reablement Assistant , on a 3-months contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Rate of Pay : £14.43- £18.84 per hour Summary: The Reablement Assistant will provide high-quality, person-centred support to adults requiring assistance to maintain, regain, or improve independence in their own homes and communities. Working within Adult Social Care & Health services, the postholder will support service users with physical, emotional, and social needs in accordance with agreed care and support plans, helping individuals enhance daily living skills and maximise independence.
