Marketing Associate - Events & Dealer Support

Lithionics is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support our events, dealer communications, and sales initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys both logistics and creative project work. Key Responsibilities: Event Coordination: - Plan and execute trade shows, dealer meetings, and customer events - Manage logistics (shipping, booth setup, vendors, signage) - Support onsite event execution and post-event follow-up Dealer & Sales Support: - Create and update presentations and marketing materials - Maintain dealer portal content and documentation - Support dealer communications and training coordination Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or related field preferred - 2–4 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or communications - Strong organizational and project management skills - Experience with event logistics and vendor coordination - Proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation development - Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment - Very detail oriented with a proactive and collaborative mindset Preferred: - Trade shows...
