Join OneAdvanced We’re looking for an L&D Specialist who wants to do more than roll out training. This is a role for someone who can use data to spot skill gaps, design smart solutions, and influence how learning drives real business impact. You’ll play a key role in moving away from traditional approaches and bringing innovation, creativity, and fresh thinking into how we develop our people. What You Will Do: Use Skills Universe data to identify skill gaps and shape development priorities Design and deliver modern, high impact learning solutions (digital, virtual & in-person) Lead on data driven decision making to ensure learning delivers measurable impact Manage and evolve our apprenticeship programme Partner with stakeholders to proactively influence learning strategy, not just execute requests Explore and implement innovative tools and technologies (e.g. AI learning platforms) What You Will Have: Proven experience in L&D design and delivery across multiple formats A data-driven mindset, confident using insights to shape decisions Experience managing apprenticeships or professional development programmes Ability to challenge, influence and partner with stakeholders Someone who b...
