The Ethics & Compliance Analyst plays a key role in managing and executing YETI’s global Ethics & Compliance program. This individual contributor role operates with a high degree of independence and judgment, supporting compliance initiatives that may have long ‑ term organizational impact. The Analyst partners closely with the broader Compliance team and cross ‑ functional stakeholders to ensure practical, efficient, and risk ‑ based compliance solutions.
