Job Description Red Rocks Amphitheatre is a rock structure near Morrison, Colorado, where concerts are given in the open-air Amphitheatre. Aramark supports our clients by providing a high level of attention to detail and outstanding customer service in all that we do. The Concessions Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and delegating responsibilities for food and alcohol service at Red Rocks Amphitheatre. This oversight includes such things as managing people, stocking to par levels, customer service, troubleshooting POS’s, following alcohol and food safety protocols. You are to supervise a section of concession stands and portable bars/bottle carts. Monitoring your section for issues or product needs while walking a 200+ stair section.
