Sr Project Manager, Real Estate

What's the Short Version? The Senior Project Manager, Real Estate is responsible for supporting the planning and delivery of industrial real estate and facility projects at SanMar. This role leads project execution across multiple SanMar warehouses, including projects that enable or support warehouse automation implementations. The Sr Project Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure projects meet stakeholder expectations and align with company objectives. What Will You Be Doing?: - Manage distribution center and warehouse projects (including facility renovations, expansions, site improvements, and operational upgrades) from from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, technical and facility requirements, and project scope. - Work with the Real Estate Director to ensure facility readiness and manage construction workstreams required for warehouse automation deployments (space planning, buildouts, internal moves, site preparation, and communication plans). - Partner with the Real Estate Director on vendor selection by supporting RFPs, scope development, bid leveling, and award recommendations. - Work with the Program...
