The Marketing Specialist 2 – Core Marketing position provides strategic marketing support across Core Marketing initiatives. This includes advanced project management, marketing plan development and execution, audience engagement strategies, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to drive awareness, action, and growth. This role reflects a higher degree of autonomy, strategic input, and data-driven decision-making to advance core cultural and marketing initiatives. Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Channel Management & Traffic Coordination: - Serves as the central point of coordination for channel planning, prioritization, and execution across Core Marketing initiatives - Manages and maintains channel traffic calendars and dashboards, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and capacity - Partners with Marketing Managers and Sr. Director to prioritiz...
