Job Description: Job Summary: Ensures safe living environments in assigned properties by addressing concerns, maintaining compliance, and supporting residents. Essential Job Functions: - Manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations. - Process applications and maintain files. - Handle inquiries and coordinate resident services. - Oversee maintenance and ensure property compliance. - Manage rent collection and resident communications. - Implement resident retention strategies and ensure annual inspections. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - Proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with diverse groups. - High detail oriented and skilled in accuracy. - Ability to work with information in a confidential manner.
