Job description

Responsibilities: - Design, plan and maintain a cost effective, reliable and secure corporate network. - Recommend and implement WAN/LAN/DC concepts with a strong focus on network security in coordination with the team. - Take ownership of new projects throughout their lifecycle, from initial evaluation to configuration and final implementation, ensuring successful completion and delivery. - Implement and maintain Zero Trust network security measures to establish a robust security posture, minimize the attack surface, and mitigate the risk of unauthorized access. - Proactive monitoring of performance and ensure system availability, reliability and capacity planning. - Identify and troubleshoot network problems. - Perform network assessments and recommend improvements to optimize network performance. - Conduct thorough evaluations and make informed decisions regarding the selection and adoption of new technologies. - Develop and maintain comprehensive network documentation, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of network configurations, diagrams, and procedures.
